  • We are not a search engine connecting you to third party providers. In order to propose a first in class service we have decided to launch an end-to-end rental service company. This means we manage the full operation. Our premium equipment fleet is proprietary and is the result of our strong relationship with the industry. Our equipment is serviced and maintained by us in close relationship to our manufacturing partners. This means we can guarantee to our customers a flawless rental experience, and if any problems arise we have the ability to find a solution internally.

  • You can make a reservation directly by using our website or by phone. We strongly suggest you book directly online. By using the date search bar on our website you will be shown in green the equipment available on your selected dates for the desired location. You then confirm the drop-off and collection time and address and proceed to payment. Once payment is processed your booking is confirmed. If you need help and prefer to book by phone don't hesitate to give us a call.

  • As in any rental service, a rental deposit is collected during booking. This deposit guarantees a fair use of the equipment by our customers and provided it is handed back to us in the same condition it was delivered, the deposit is reimbursed to you 100% once it is inspected by our teams. If the equipment is returned in poor conditions the deposit can be charged partially or in full for maintenance and cleaning, so take good care of it.

  • Free cancellations are possible if requested at least 22 days before the rental start date. Given the particularities of our industry, our travellers plan their trip in advance. This means last minute cancellations make it hard for us to guarantee the equipment you had booked will be booked by someone else for the period it had been blocked for you. Therefore cancellations made within 21 days are considered last minute cancellations and a 20% fee will be charged from the rental deposit. We thank you for understanding.

  • Our team will be ready to deliver and collect your equipment in a timely manner. Equipment is handed to you for inspection and a signature is necessary for delivery. It is preferable that you personally receive the equipment, but if it is needed that it is delivered to a third party, such as a hotel staff, we are flexible. We strongly advise you to inspect the equipment as soon as you can and give us a call if there is any apparent issue. Keep in mind that the rental deposit has been charged on your card and the responsibility and eventual fees cannot be transferred to a third party.

  • Technical issues are rare given our fleet is new and maintained by ourselves. However, if you do encounter a problem with the equipment during your rental our team on the ground will be ready to meet you and offer a solution which can be to fix an existing issue or to replace your equipment.

  • Travelling with reduced mobility can be somewhat challenging. We strongly suggest you research your desired destination as well as local service providers that can help make your trip easier. If you are staying at a hotel or Airbnb, always try to guarantee you have a ground level room if you plan on renting an electric wheelchair. Also don't forget to communicate to the hotel staff you will be bringing a personal mobility device. Not every hotel is accessible by default but most staff will be willing to help, so communicating in advance is key for a relaxing experience. Remember you will need a place to store and charge your equipment as well and discuss that with your accommodation provider before your arrival.

    We have a partner company offering transportation services in adapted vans for people with reduced mobility. There are also some adapted vans available with Uber. Whichever you choose, we suggest you book your rides in advance for greater comfort.
